What is the MOQ? How do I pay?
Generally speaking, there is no MOQ requirement for conventional products, except for customized products. Payment is generally made by wire transfer TT or letter of credit L/C, with a 30% deposit in advance and the balance paid before shipment. It may also be negotiated separately depending on the situation.
 
 
How is your production capacity? How long is the product delivery time?
Our production capacity is more than 20,000 sets of awnings products/accessories per year. The delivery time of conventional products is 15 to 20 days after receiving the deposit (excluding shipping time), and customized products or large-scale orders are discussed separately.
 
 
Do you accept custom production according to drawings and samples?
We can accept drawings to customize the production of related awnings products or accessories.
 
 
Can you provide samples?
We can provide samples for free, but the freight is paid by the demand side, and contact us for the specific requirements.
 
 
How to deal with quality or after-sales problems?
If there is any problem, we provide technical support, if the product has a non-human quality problem, we provide return and exchange service.
